Anyone can benefit from Reiki sessions. Reiki is for general wellness as well as for specific issues. Reiki works by creating an environment of harmony and balance within your body, soul and spirit, which may facilitate healing, enhance creativity, increase intuition, and strengthen the immune system.

Scheduling a Reiki Session

I have been practicing and teaching Reiki since 1996, and I am a Registered Karuna and Usui Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher with the International Association of Reiki Professionals (IARP), and the International Center for Reiki Training. In my practice, I have had remarkable results working with children and adults with addictions, ADD, ADHD, asperger syndrome and autism. I have also had a great deal of experience working with people who suffer from chronic headaches, insomnia, and autoimmune problems such as ffibromyalgia, arthritis, and chronic fatigue syndrome. Additionally, I have had incredible results helping clients prepare their body more fully for surgery, including shortened recovery; and worked with many clients who are receiving cancer treatments.

At the Taproot Healing Institute, your first session begins with a brief interview and you will complete a brief client intake form. The purpose of the intake questions is so that we may plan the most beneficial session/series of sessions for your needs. Confidentiality is maintained at all times. The IARP Code of ethics is subscribed to at the Taproot Healing Institute.

PRICING FOR REIKI SESSIONS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

A one-hour Reiki session either in person or distance (distance sessions are powerful and effective) is $75.00 for sessions held at Taproot Healing Institute.

If I travel to a healthcare or other facility sessions are $100.00.
A healing attunement plus a hour Reiki session is $100.

A healing attunement is to work on one specific issue—the intention is to hold ONLY the one issue during the session.

Free Reiki sessions are offered for babies and children under eight years old if I am treating an adult in the family. Sessions for older children and teenagers are available for a reduced fee.

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment. Currently, I accept cash, and checks. I do not bill clients nor provide direct billing for insurance.

Individuals who have financial constraints need to discuss this with me to see what can be worked out, such as a sliding fee scale, referral to a practitioner with a fee you can afford, or referral to a clinic (link to Reiki clinics and Reiki Shares).
